Lumorol K 5229 is made of a blend of RSPO palm based surfactant (MIPA-Laureth Sulfate) and Laureth-4 (coconut derived), with a small amount of non-petroleum based propylene glycol. The palm used is RSPO certified. Free of diethanolamide.

- Usage Rate: 30–60%.

- Typical Formulation (Foaming Oil):
- 57–60% Lumorol K 5229, 39–42% Oil, 1% Fragrance.
- Stability Tip: If the product separates, increase the Lumorol K 5229 concentration or add 10–30% coconut triglycerides (MCT).
- Processing: Mix into the oil phase; it can be processed cold or hot.
For a simple foaming shower oil, a common starting point is 60% Lumorol K 5229 mixed with 40% other oils.
